We became official partners of the D&AD New blood shift programme - a mentoring course designed to bring a new wave of talent into Advertising.
Kicking off with a panel talk on our experience of creating a challenger agency, the evening followed with an intimate session with Co-founder Shannie, sharing her journey as a young person into the industry. Creative Director, Katy, and Cultural Strategist, Will, joined Shannie on becoming mentors on the programme.
It was a pleasure to share our story and to see how well received our new approach of thinking was with the Shifters. We continue to be impressed by the level of talent, passion and drive from these creative individuals and look forward to seeing their progression as they evolve into the industry.
