One Month Mentors

Celebrating 5 years of impact

Created in 2020, One Month Mentors is our agency’s commitment to building a more inclusive and accessible creative industry, where opportunity reaches everyone.

Our intensive, month-long mentorship program connects emerging talent with seasoned leaders, bringing creativity and experience together. Through personalized 1-2-1 sessions, skill-building workshops, inspiring talks, and open discussions, we empower new voices to thrive and forge meaningful connections.

Our goal is to not only build professional skills but also lasting relationships that support people as they carve their path in the creative world, providing access and resources to those often sidelined or overlooked.

To celebrate our 5th anniversary Black History Month cohort, we teamed up with Wingstop for an unforgettable evening of inspiration and community. The event was hosted by Samuel Eni from Reprezent Radio and featured a special guest appearance by rapper, entrepreneur, and CC Foundation founder Fekky, who shared his story and insights in an intimate talk and Q&A. We were also joined by author Aniefiok ‘Neef’ Ekpoudom, who gave a powerful reading from his acclaimed new book, Where We Come From: Rap, Home & Hope in Modern Britain.

The night also included the premiere of A One Month Mentor Story, a short film spotlighting three of our alumni mentees. Through their personal journeys, the film delves into the transformative power of mentorship and celebrates the diverse cultures and influences that shape their work.

Our One Month Mentors programme runs throughout the year, supporting, inspiring and providing access to communities around International Women’s Day, Pride and Black History Month.
